Casino diversity

Not everyone who goes into a casino has to play – this is a fact – but I always tend to try and play a few of the games offered in different cities that I visit. So, after my small visit to Liverpool just a few weeks ago, I decided to write a quick brief review of my experience at the different casinos.
So, I bet you know what I’m going to say, don’t you? Yup, the exciting games, large casinos and so on and so on! On the contrary, I think the casino gambling landscape in Liverpool is changing, and it’s on the decline. As a young adult, I used to visit different places in Liverpool and couldn’t help but notice how popular the fruit machines were back then.
The number of casinos, which still hasn’t changed a bit, seemed to offer plenty of games, as they still do, but there were also machines in every pub. This has however changed in the past decade.
There are only a handful of casino operating in Liverpool, which includes a Grosvenor Casino, located at 44 Chaloner St, Liverpool L3 4DE, UK and four Genting Casinos located at Wirral, Renshaw Street, Southport and Queen Square. The one located at Queen Square, however, seemed to be the popular one, and it had the most number of visitors.

Video slots

There are plenty of video slot games to try in the city. Novomatic and IGT being the top software providers, you should expect some of the popular titles from these companies. Try Novomatic’s Pharaoh’s Gold 2, Banana Splash, Sizzling Hot or the popular Book of Ra game that’s taken the internet casinos by storm.
Most of the Novomatic games available at the different Liverpool Casinos display a medium to high volatility, with most of them having a RTP of between 90% up to 94%. However, Sizzling Hot 7 has a fixed RTP of 95.78% irrespective of the casino’s Germinator minimum settings and I highly recommend that you try it out when you get the chance to.
IGT also has a fair share of the market, and you can find a number of games from the software provider, but most of them include jackpot and fruit machine games.

Jackpot slots – a variety with flexible betting limits

There are different jackpot games, each having different betting limits and pool prizes. It’s unfortunate that Gentings largest Liverpool casino isn’t part of the £184,614 pool jackpot, but the good news is you can still play at the Genting Casino Renshaw Street.

Fruit machines

For many years, fruit Machines like Twin Spin have enjoyed quiet a success in the UK and event to date, you will still come across some of the golden oldies in pubs, bars and in the seaside towns of UK. However, the new modern version of the fruit machines are still enjoying success at some of the big UK casinos including Genting and Grosvenor Casinos in Liverpool.
You can enjoy some of these games, but with an extra twist of modern features such as additional paylines. They however still retain some of the old symbols that the fruit machines are well associated with.
